SHIPPING

  • Shipping is only charged once goods are ready to ship. FedEx Ground is used for shipping most orders, for larger orders we may use FedEx Freight. Please notify Pom Pom at Home if your order must be rushed, we can arrange FedEx Express pick ups.
  • *If you are selecting an Express service, please submit your order by 12pm PST in order for it to be processed the same day. Orders submitted on the weekend or an observed holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Swatches: Linen swatches & rug swatches are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I return an item?

  • Return Policy: Should you choose to return/exchange your product(s), it must be done within 30 days of the item(s) being received. We will issue a credit memo which can be applied to future order(s). All items must remain in its original new condition. We cannot accept returns without original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee for unopened items. Unfortunately, original customer shipping charges are nonrefundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
  • Items must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items cannot be laundered.
  • Contact your sales representative for a copy of the wholesale return request form. Please contact returns@pompomathome.com first for a ‘Return Request Form’, then attach a photo of the return (if defected) and a copy of the invoice and forward to your sales representative via email.
  • The sales representative will then look into your request and also make sure it is within the return time-frame. Once your sales representative has consulted with Pom Pom at Home and a return request has been granted, you may ship the product back to the Pom Pom at Home corporate headquarters with the given RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number.

 

1) Send Return Request Form, Photo, and Invoice copy to your Sales Representative

2) Your Sales Representative will coordinate with Pom Pom at Home to authorize a RA number.

3) Ship product to Pom Pom at Home corporate and include all paperwork (return form, invoice/packing slip in the box, and the RA number written inside/outside of box)
